Refund Policy

If allowed by the fare conditions of the booking, you may cancel your online booking and receive a refund.

Norfolk Island Airlines will refund the credit or debit card used to purchase the ticket. If you paid using another form of payment, you’ll be advised what are your options for receiving your refund.

Note: any applicable cancellation penalties, will be deducted from the refund and some tickets are non-refundable.

We would ask that you check the fare conditions of your ticket carefully before requesting a refund. 

All refund requests for tickets bought online at www.norfolkislandairlines.com.au can be submitted online via the contact us page using the Cancellations & Refunds subject line including tickets 

If a travel agent booked your ticket, please contact that travel agent and they can apply for a refund on your behalf.

Once you complete the online application for refund for ticket you will be contacted by reservations to confirm the request and commence the Cancellation and refund process.
